Post-Surgery Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Women Only.
Service Description
Our 60-minute Post-Surgery Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, medically-informed treatment specifically designed to support healing and recovery after cosmetic or medical surgery. Using light, rhythmic strokes and precise manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) techniques, this massage helps stimulate the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, prevent fluid buildup (seromas), and promote faster tissue regeneration. It is ideal for post-operative care following procedures such as liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast augmentation, facelifts, and more. What to Expect: This is a non-invasive, painless and highly therapeutic session that prioritizes safety and comfort. Your therapist will use precise, superficial movements targeting lymph nodes and drainage pathways to encourage the natural flow of lymphatic fluid away from surgical sites and toward healthy lymphatic vessels. Special care is taken around areas of sensitivity, incisions, or drains (if still present). What This Treatment Does: ✔️ Reduces post-op swelling and inflammation ✔️ Prevents or minimizes fibrosis (hardening of tissue) ✔️ Decreases fluid retention and the risk of seroma formation ✔️ Boosts immune response and detoxification ✔️ Speeds up healing by enhancing blood and lymph circulation ✔️ Supports pain relief and tension release without deep pressure ✔️ Promotes smoother, more uniform surgical results Ideal For Clients Recovering From: – Liposuction (all areas) – Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) – Tummy tuck / abdominoplasty – Breast surgery (augmentation, lift, reduction) – Facelift or neck lift – Rhinoplasty or facial surgeries – Orthopedic surgeries (with medical clearance) When to Begin: We recommend starting treatments as early as 72 hours post-op (or as soon as cleared by your surgeon). For best results, a series of 6–12 sessions is recommended depending on the type of procedure and your individual recovery needs. Aftercare & Notes: – No oils, deep pressure, or intense kneading are used – You may feel lighter, less sore, and notice a reduction in puffiness after just one session – Always follow your surgeon’s post-operative instructions – Compression garments should be worn as advised ⸻ Recommended Frequency: – First 2 weeks post-op: 2–3 sessions per week – Weeks 3–6: 1–2 sessions per week – Ongoing: As needed for maintenance, sculpting, or fibrosis reduction
